  • $150.00 Damage deposit for 1 Bedroom and Studio required within 10 days of making reservation.
  • $200.00 Damage deposit for 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom required within 10 days of making reservation.
  • Deposit not applied to rent.
  • Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • $50.00 non-refundable cleaning charge for 1 Bedroom & Studio, $150.00 for 2 and 3 Bedroom
  • All rates are subject to Hawaii State GE Tax and TAT of 11.962%
  • Non-Smoking Rooms Available.
